Handling times

In stock items are usually shipped within 3 days of ordering, but may take up to a week to ship. Made to order items have an estimate on the order page- this usually ranges from 4-8 weeks. Please note that this is approximate and it’s quite normal for it to take slightly less or more time.

Shipping times

Orders shipped within the US normally arrive within 4 days, while international orders can take anywhere from 7-14 business days, and sometimes more to certain countries.

We ship all of our plush via USPS, either first class or priority mail

International shipping

International packages can sometimes get stuck in customs, travel through weird paths to get their destination or lose tracking midway. It’s not great, but it’s unfortunately out of our hands! If you’re having a problem with your international order, it’s often fastest to contact your local postal service directly.

International shipments may be subject to customs charges upon arriving. This is not within our control and is the customer’s duty to pay. Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be automatically re-shipped. You may contact us to re-ship or refund your order, but you will need to pay for shipping again and there is a 20% restocking fee for orders cancelled due to customs fees.

Returns & cancellations

We accept returns on most items within a week of receiving the order, but some specific limits apply:

In stock items may be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit

Made to order items may be returned for store credit or exchanged

Made to order items that have been customized with scents, monogramming, color changes, ect cannot be returned.

Made to order items cannot be cancelled after 1 week from the order date as we have often started production already at that point.

Return shipping falls on the customer unless the plush is damaged or the order was filled incorrectly

In the case of damaged plush

If a product is damaged during shipping or sewn incorrectly, we will pay the cost of return shipping to repair it if desired.

If you purchased a plush from us in the past and it’s suffered minor damage like a popped seam, we’re quite happy to repair it free of charge as long as you pay shipping! We’re also able to repair heavier damage, but may need to charge for large repairs.
